Ingredients

  • 1 lb potato gnocchi (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh thyme or parsley, for garnish

Directions:

  1. Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the gnocchi in a single layer and cook undisturbed for 2–3 minutes until golden brown. Stir and continue cooking for another 3–4 minutes until crispy on all sides.
  3. Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes, cooking for 1 minute until fragrant. Season with salt and black pepper.
  4. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh thyme or parsley. Serve immediately and enjoy!
