- 1 lb potato gnocchi (store-bought or homemade)
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Fresh thyme or parsley, for garnish

Directions:
- Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the gnocchi in a single layer and cook undisturbed for 2β3 minutes until golden brown. Stir and continue cooking for another 3β4 minutes until crispy on all sides.
- Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes, cooking for 1 minute until fragrant. Season with salt and black pepper.
- Remove from heat and garnish with fresh thyme or parsley. Serve immediately and enjoy!
