Ingredients:
- 2 slices sourdough or brioche bread
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese (or plant-based alternative)
- 4 dried or fresh figs, halved
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp honey (plus extra for drizzling)
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp mixed nuts (walnuts, almonds, cashews), chopped
- Fresh mint for garnish
Directions:
- Roast the Figs – Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Toss figs with olive oil, honey, and cinnamon. Roast for 10 minutes until caramelized.
