Ingredients:
- 2 lbs fresh mussels, cleaned
- 3 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup white wine (or vegetable broth)
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- Crusty bread or croquettes for serving

Directions:
- SautΓ© the Garlic β Melt butter in a deep pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Steam the Mussels β Add the mussels, white wine, thyme, salt, and pepper. Cover and steam for 5β7 minutes until all mussels open. Discard any that stay closed.
