Here’s how to make this simple yet satisfying dish: 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 carrot, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup vegetable broth
