Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chicken, season with salt, pepper, and paprika, and cook until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, sauté garlic until fragrant, then pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Bring to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese and whisk until smooth. Return chicken to the pan and add broccoli. Cook until broccoli is tender and the sauce thickens.
