Baked Salmon with Herb Sauce and Parsley Garnish ๐ŸŸ ๐ŸŒฟ

Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

For the Herb Sauce:

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC).
  2. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Top each fillet with a slice of lemon.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  5. While the salmon is baking, prepare the herb sauce by mixing together olive oil, parsley, dill, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  6. Once the salmon is done, drizzle the herb sauce over the fillets and garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
