Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lemon, sliced
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
For the Herb Sauce:
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Top each fillet with a slice of lemon.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- While the salmon is baking, prepare the herb sauce by mixing together olive oil, parsley, dill, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Once the salmon is done, drizzle the herb sauce over the fillets and garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
