Whether you're hosting a spooky get-together or just want to get cozy with a slice of autumn sweetness, this classic pumpkin pie is a must-bake. Here’s how you can bring the taste of the season to your table:

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 unbaked pie crust (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 cups pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  • Pinch of salt

 

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, heavy cream, brown sugar, eggs, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves, and salt until smooth.
  3. Roll out the pie crust and place it in a 9-inch pie dish. Crimp the edges for a decorative touch.
  4. Pour the pumpkin filling into the crust and smooth the top.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the center is set and the crust is golden brown.
  6. Let the pie cool completely before slicing. You can also decorate with pie crust cut-outs to add a festive touch!
