Ingredients:

  • 2 salmon steaks
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving

 

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the salmon steaks with salt and pepper, then drizzle with olive oil.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs, garlic, parsley, dill, chives, and Parmesan cheese.
  4. Press the breadcrumb mixture onto the top of each salmon steak to form a crust.
